Actinic Link streamlines ecommerce and accounts applications into a single system. It enables direct export of orders from Actinic Developer or Business into accounting software, and the update of customer account, stock level and product information from the accounting software to Actinic. This saves time and reduces errors by eliminating the need to re-key webstore orders or manually update the web catalogue.
With a Windows style interface and comprehensive on-screen help, Actinic Link provides an easy to use and affordable way of integrating your ecommerce site with your accounting software.

Features
- Reads and translates customer and product records from Sage Line 50 for seamless transfer into Actinic.
- Retains customer discounts or special pricing allocated within Sage.
- Customer log-in enables unique pricing at the website and stored address details
- Reads Sage field descriptions ‘Web Description’, ‘Web Image’ and ‘Web Category’ to give control over how products appear online.
- Transfers all your product details, or just update your stock quantities.
- Transfers your entire customer base, or selective customers
- Select how you raise sales orders within Sage (Financial Controller only), raise
- invoices (Financial Controller and Accountant Plus only) or transfer orders as batch
invoices (all versions).
- Handles orders from registered customers, and from new (unregistered) customers.
Minimum system requirements
- Pentium PC running Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP or NT
- Actinic Business version 4.0.7 (and higher) or Actinic Developer
